    The DS200TBQCG1A DS200TBQCG1ABB is an Analog Input Milliamp Input/Output Termination Module for General Electric's Mark V Turbine Control System. Functioning as a critical signal interface in the R1, R2, and R3 control cores, its primary role is to manage the connection and conditioning of analog signals between field devices and the system's TCQA processing boards. It is a revised version of the original DS200TBQCG1 board, featuring enhanced configurability for precise integration within gas, steam, or wind turbine control assemblies.


    Key Features:
    Dual-Function Signal Management:This module acts as a central hub for both input and output signals. It specifically handles critical 4-20 mA control inputs and LVDT/R position sensor inputs, while also managing configurable analog output currents for feedback and control loops within the turbine system.


    Hardware-Configurable Outputs:The board's output current range (20 mA or 200 mA) is set via physical jumpers, providing essential flexibility to meet specific application demands. This hardware-based configuration ensures reliable operation without software dependencies.


    High-Density Termination Interface:It is equipped with two robust terminal blocks, each containing 83 terminals for connecting signal wires. This high-density design facilitates the management of a large number of analog signals in a compact form factor.


    Dedicated Connector Architecture:Key connectors like JBR for 4-20 mA signals and JFR for LVDT/R position signals create a dedicated and reliable link to the TCQA processing boards. Other connectors (JBS/T, JFS/T, TEST) are typically reserved for factory use or future expansion.


    Selective Jumper Configuration:Populated with 15 jumpers, the board allows service personnel to modify its operational behavior to match the exact drive requirements. It is crucial that these jumper settings on a replacement board match those of the defective unit to ensure consistent system performance.
