GE DS200DTBCG1AAA Contact Output Terminal Board
Product Description:
The GE DS200DTBCG1AAA is a Contact Output Termination Module belonging to GE’s legacy Mark V Turbine Control System series—incorporating patented Speedtronic technology and used to control GE-compatible gas, steam, and wind turbines. It is a revised version of the original DS200DTBCG1 module, featuring a single A-rated functional update.
Installed at locations Q11, Q21, and Q51 within the Mark V system, its core role is to terminate and route contact output signals. In Q21/Q51, it links to 30 relays on the TCRA board; in Q11, it connects to 4 TCRA contact output relays, with jumpers specialized for gas manifold blow-off valve control. Physically, with two terminal blocks, 2 three-wire/1 two-wire bayonet connectors, 10 jumpers, and dedicated connectors: JS1-JS8, J8, and J15/J16. Proper mounting and cable routing are critical—signal wires must be separated from “noisy” power cables to avoid interference, and airflow must not be blocked to prevent overheating.
Key Features:
Mark V Speedtronic Legacy Integration: Tailored for the Mark V system’s turbine control, leveraging GE’s
proven Speedtronic technology and fitting legacy setups.
Location-Specific Configuration: Adapts to Q11and Q21/Q51, matching diverse turbine output needs.
High-Density Signal Management: Two terminal blocks handle up to 220 signal wires, with dedicated
connectors for precise relay signal/power routing.
Interference Mitigation: Requires strict cable separation or shielded wires to avoid signal
noise, ensuring accurate output transmission—fiber optic cables can
be safely bundled with power cables.
Thermal Safety: Dependent on unobstructed drive airflow; proper mounting prevents
cable bundles from blocking vents, safeguarding heated components.
