Product Description:

The GE IS220PAICH1B is an Analog I/O Pack from the Mark VIe series, serving as a critical electrical interface between 1–2 I/O Ethernet networks and analog input terminal boards. It integrates a shared processor board and a dedicated analog input acquisition board, handling 10 analog inputs and 2 analog outputs. Power is supplied via a 3-pin connector, with data transmission through dual RJ45 Ethernet ports and a DC-37 pin connector linking to terminal boards. LED indicators provide visual diagnostic feedback, ensuring operational transparency.

Features:
Flexible I/O Configuration: 10 analog inputs,Channels 1–8 configurable as 5V/10V or 0–20mA; Channels 9–10 as 1mA or 0–20mA and 2 analog outputs with 18V compliance in simplex/TMR modes.
Processor & Auto-Reconfiguration: Features a soft-start circuit for sequential power-up and self-test routines. Auto-Reconfiguration enables plug-and-play replacement, automatically downloading configurations from the controller to match system settings.
Analog Hardware: Inputs use a 16-bit ADC with multiplexing and gain options; current loops rely on 250Ω burden resistors on terminal boards. Outputs include 14-bit DACs, current regulators, and mechanical relays for TMR fault isolation.
Performance Metrics: 5ms normal scan time, 16-bit conversion resolution, 5.3W typical power consumption, and compressor stall detection with relay operation within 30 seconds.
TMR Compatibility: Integrates with TMR systems via output relays that isolate failed channels, ensuring uninterrupted operation from remaining modules.
