Product Details:

The GE IS200TREGH1BDB is a Turbine Emergency Trip Terminal Board in the Mark VI control system, responsible for powering up to three emergency trip solenoids. It supplies the positive side of DC power to the solenoids, working in tandem with the TRPG board (which provides the negative side) to ensure balanced power distribution. Controlled entirely by the I/O controller, it forms a critical part of the turbine’s safety mechanism, enabling emergency shutdowns when needed.

In simplex systems, it connects via a J1 cable to the TSVO terminal board, transmitting trip signals to activate a servo valve clamp function post-trip. with the I/O controller managing emergency overspeed protection, emergency stops, and relay operations. Solenoid functionality is verified through online/offline tests, ensuring responsiveness during critical scenarios.
