GE IS200STCIH2A Terminal Board

Product Details:

IS200STCIH2A is a simplex contact input terminal board of GE's Mark VI series. It is designed for DIN rail or flat installation, supports 24 contact inputs, and is compatible with external 24V, 48V, and 125V DC excitation voltages. It has noise suppression function, can resist surges and high-frequency interference, is compatible with PAIC I/O modules, communicates with the controller through D-type connectors and Ethernet, and only supports simplex systems.

Flexible installation method, can be fixed to DIN rails or cabinets with the help of metal brackets, wiring uses #18 AWG wire, the shielding layer needs to be grounded separately, and is equipped with a pluggable terminal block with 52 terminals. When working, its signal conditioning function is consistent with TBCI, the input current is limited (2.5mA for the first 21 channels and 10mA for the last 3 channels), and stable operation is guaranteed by hardware filtering (4ms) and self-recovery fuses.

Features:
Input capacity: 24 dry contact voltage input channels, suitable for multiple excitation voltages such as 18.5 - 32V DC (pluggable terminal block).

Anti-interference design: Built-in noise suppression components and 4ms hardware filters to effectively resist surges and high-frequency noise.

Compatibility and communication: Compatible with PAIC I/O modules, controller communication through D-type connectors and Ethernet.

Installation and structure: Supports DIN rail or cabinet bolt fixing, equipped with 52-terminal pluggable terminal blocks, more than 80 resistors, capacitors, diodes and 1 integrated circuit on board.

Protection function: It has excitation voltage loss detection, unresponsive contact detection in test mode, and 0.5A self-recovery fuse overcurrent protection.
