The IS200DAMBG1ACB is a gate drive amplifier/interface board designed by GE Industrial Systems, a subsidiary of General Electric (GE), as one of six variants of gate drive boards for use in GE Innovation Series drive assemblies and related components. It is one of six gate drive board variants in the GE Innovation Series drive assemblies and related components, and is intended for use in 375-frame low-voltage drive systems, between the DAMA (620-frame) and DAMC (250-frame) models. It is based on the IS200DAMBG1 motherboard and contains three unique revisions: two functional revisions (and one artwork revision).
Features:
Core Function: Serves as the interface between the control frame and the IGBT power switching devices responsible for driving and connecting the IGBTs in the low-voltage Innovation Series drives, using one IGBT module (model Powerrex CM600HA-28H) per phase leg, one for each of the upper and lower phase legs.
Hardware Configuration:
is equipped with LED indicators (DS1 - DS4) for diagnostics and
display of IGBT status: DS1 (UON, yellow) indicates that the upper
IGBT is on, and DS3 (UFF, green) indicates that the upper IGBT is
off; DS2 (LON, yellow) and DS4 (LFF, green) correspond to the on
and off states of the lower IGBTs, respectively.
The surface of the board is covered with a thick layer of
conventional chemical coating for protection.
Application Scenario: Typically used in groups of three in
Innovation Series drive assemblies, similar to DAMA, DAMC, etc.,
this is a key component in the drive system connecting the control
and power devices.
